Description

Direct-to-Metal Engineering
This coating is engineered with a specialized long oil alkyd resin designed to eliminate the need for a separate primer on clean metal. By formulating for aggressive adhesion, Ultimate Direct to Metal Paint bites into the substrate, creating a cohesive bond that standard gloss paints cannot match. It builds a robust 50-micron film that serves as both the anchor and the finish, streamlining the maintenance of industrial assets.

Anti-Corrosive Armour
Metal surfaces are prone to oxidation and physical damage; this paint is built to stop both. The hardened gloss finish offers superior impact resistance, protecting machinery and structural steel from the chips and scratches that lead to rust. Whether applied to exterior railings or interior plant equipment, the coating acts as an impermeable barrier against moisture and atmospheric corrosion, significantly extending the lifespan of the metal.

Versatile Industrial Finish
While optimized for steel and iron, this heavy-duty alkyd is versatile enough for wood and concrete, ensuring a uniform look across mixed-material projects. It levels out to a smooth, vibrant gloss available in 16 industrial shades. Compatible with brush, roller, or spray application, it delivers professional coverage that is touch-dry in 6-8 hours, allowing for efficient overnight maintenance schedules.
