Description

Advanced Polymer Formulation
Built on a foundation of high-bond acrylic polymer resins, PremFlex is engineered to adhere aggressively to porous roofing substrates. Unlike standard masonry paints, this coating is designed with "PremFlex" technology, allowing it to retain exceptional elasticity. This flexibility enables the coating to expand and contract with the roof during thermal cycling (freeze/thaw), preventing the hairline cracking and flaking often associated with rigid paints on exposed tiles.

Total Weather Defence
This system provides a dual-action shield: it completely waterproofs the surface against rain and snow while remaining chemically breathable to allow trapped structural moisture to escape. This breathability is critical for preventing tile rot and damp accumulation. Furthermore, the coating seals the porous surface of aged tiles, denying algae, moss, and lichens the moisture they need to grow, effectively creating a self-cleaning, low-maintenance surface that withstands the harshest British weather.

Professional Renovation
Designed for the total refurbishment of tired roofscapes, this product is compatible with concrete tiles, cement fibre, artificial slate, and asbestos sheets. It restores the vibrancy of faded roofs, giving them a "just installed" appearance. Suitable for application via brush, roller, or airless sprayer, it offers high-opacity coverage. Note: This product is not suitable for use on Rosemary tiles or Plastic tiles.
