PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
A premium two-pack, floor primer and sealer, manufactured to be applied prior to Everest 2-part epoxy floor paints, suitable for use on new concrete once dry, old friable concrete, based on a high build-solvent free epoxy resin, ideal for use in domestic and industrial areas such as warehouses, factories, garages and industrial units due to its high build, high durability formula.
We highly recommend grinding the floor prior to application to ensure the sealer and subsequent paint bonds correctly ensuring a long-lasting coating.
Everest Trade - HB Epoxy Floor Paint - High Build - Anti Slip is 100% solids, unlike other, cheaper water-based and solvent-based epoxies. This results in no coating thickness loss during curing helping provide a thicker, more durable coating.
Everest Trade - HB Epoxy floor paint can improve your factory floor in terms of both strength and appearance, providing a premium gloss finish and increasing overall durability in part due to the thickness of the product, which is up to 5x thicker than other paint systems on the market and overall mechanical strength as a result of the strength of the epoxy resin itself.
High durability against abrasion, scratches and impacts as well as mechanical wear such as forklifts, pallet track and other mechanical forces.
It provides a tough petrol and oil resistant finish with excellent durability while also providing great tyre pluck properties good for areas with forklifts and work vehicles.
Ideal for use in large factories, industrial units, garages and on workshop floors.

This item is always in stock for all order sizes, fast delivery on any amount, important if you have a large area to cover.
SUITABLE SUBSTRATES
Can be used on correctly prepared (see application tab above) concrete, metal and wood as well as most other porous substrates.
Please see the application tab (above) for details.
Not recommended for use on self-levelling floors as they tend to be non-porous.
COLOUR
Supplied in a light grey, satin finish.
SPREADING RATE (Coverage)
A 5kg tin will cover approximately 20-25+ square meters per coat. Coverage rates vary depending on surface area and porosity.
DRYING/CURE TIME
We recommend you allow a minimum of 24 hours at 20°C prior to allowing foot traffic and 48 hours at 20°C prior to allowing vehicular traffic on the coated area(s).
Under normal circumstances, this product will be
Tack Free Time in approximately 8-12 hours (at 20°c)
Hard Dry Time in approximately 12-24 hours (at 20°c)
Temperatures below 20°C will slow curing times.
CHEMICAL RESISTANCE
This product exhibits excellent resistance to dilute acids, alkalis and oils. Suitable for most types of industrial spills.
STORAGE PRECAUTIONS
Store away from heat and flames. Secure lid between uses to prevent paint hardening.
Keep away from frost.

Painted walls in garage and used Everest Epoxy floor paint, garage has changed from dusty and dark to a lovely light clean space where washing machine and tumble dryer now live happily ever after!!! Used primer first over old peeling paint, would recommend make sure no loose paint remains. Good price and delivery in a couple of days. Great product and service 👍
